SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All goods are sold “as is” and “where is” and “with all faults”.
- All sales are final.
- Items cannot be held for customers prior to the sales day. First come, first served.
- All items are sold without warranty as to authenticity, date, origin, condition, etc.
- Condition reports are not included. It is the sole responsibility of the prospective purchasers to carefully examine items and/or lots before confirming their purchase.
- Neither the Sale Manager, nor the Consignor is responsible for the accuracy of any printed, published or verbal descriptions.
- All weights and measurements are approximate.
- The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at the time of purchase.
- Purchaser is responsible for removing purchased items from the sale residence.
- In the event of an Auction, absentee bids and phone bids will be executed, when possible, as a convenience to the customers.
- Payment will be by Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Interac. Cheques may be accepted only under exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Sale Manager. Any NSF cheques will command a $50 fee payable to OYB.
- Shipping can be arranged as a courtesy and at the buyer’s expense.
